We offer our expertise for B2B, B2C, D2C, segmented market like HORECA Super stores and Retail management. Our team also guides and works as a freelancer for visual merchandising of products.

As a consultant we work in both the strategy and implementation part of increasing the revenue of our clients

Gautam Dutta our CEO & founder is a Postgraduate in Economics and MBA from Lucknow University, Batch 1988. He has an accomplished career of over 34 years transitioning three highly diverse and competitive industries of FMCG, Consumer Durables, Crockery/tableware and Automobiles with organizations like - Proctor & Gamble, Onida, BPL, Eureka Forbes, Videocon, La Opala and Studds Helmets.

He has built sales and distribution networks, launched products which became market leaders, helped companies to grow revenues, managed brands, and media at national level.

He has been an accomplished CEO helping CXO’s and start-up founders achieve inspirational goals, an excellent panel moderator and a keynote speaker.

His attention to detail and excellent management abilities ensures his accomplishment of strategic objectives by establishing plans, budgets and results measurement to the highest possible standard. Verbal communication skills and positive attitude makes him an effective communicator with the team.

The overall experience has greatly given him a good understanding of business and people. After working with Indian brands /MNC brands on Pan India market, he discovered that purpose and passion are key for building a robust business. He helps his clients to understand how data and processes add value. Believing in people management, he has seen that money helps but in the end, it is the people and their willingness to go beyond that matter.

Building a good business is more than just money or valuations. It is self- transforming. It helps one grow, learn and discover.

Since Nov 2020, he is associated as an Sales and Distribution Expert and Co- founder with Vanik.com- India's largest online-to-offline platform- connecting brands and channel partners. In addition, he is also a guest speaker at Amity Business school, ITES, Ghaziabad , IMS Ghaziabad, ABES Business school Ghaziabad and Fore school of Management New Delhi.

In addition to his professional assignment, he also gives services to Startups/SME on change management, leadership development, Executive coaching and Human Resources.

His love for networking has him empanelled as an active committee member of multiple management and industry Associations such as the CII, AIMA, NHRDN & NASSCOM.

He is based at Delhi having a bandwidth of networking & infrastructure with western region -Mumbai and in Dubai for Middle East and African market.

Mrs. Aparajita Dutta, a highly accomplished professional in the retail industry with an impressive educational background from prestigious institutions and invaluable experience working with renowned international brands. Mrs. Dutta has established herself as a true expert in her field.

She has completed her Bachelor's degree from Kirorimal College, Delhi University, a renowned institution known for its academic excellence and vibrant campus life. Building upon her strong foundation, she pursued a Masters in Fashion Management from the esteemed National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Shillong, one of the top universities in India for fashion education.

Throughout her career, the privilege of working with renowned international brands, including Marks and Spencer, Faballey, and Uniqlo. Her exposure to these global powerhouses has given her invaluable insights into the retail sector and allowed her to develop expertise in various areas such as Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, and Operations.

Her deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and operational strategies enables her to create successful retail environments and drive business growth. Also in optimizing store layouts, enhancing customer experiences, or streamlining operations.
